Hi! My name is Stuffing because I arrived at the rescue just before thanksgiving as a tiny baby with an eating problem
Turns out the rescue was able to help me eat, no problem. I don't have an eating issue, in fact, I LOVE to eat. No, I have a slight vision deficiency but the rescue has figured out how to help me see, target, and eat my food all on my own! Not to worry, if I go home with you they will teach you everything you need to know.
After being at the rescue since November 2021, I am finally big enough to start looking for my own forever home. Will I be going home with you?
Fun Fact about me! While I am young and on the small side you would never know that I am special needs. But I am special and I need a family who is willing to make sure I know where the food is when it's eating time and to make sure I eat it all.
As a baby/juvenile, I eat 80% protein, 15% veggies, and 5% fruits. I require my own habitat as we do best housed individually from my age forward. With the right diet, habitat, substrate, temperature, and humidity I can live a long and healthy life. Don't worry, the rescue will provide you with all of the information that you will need to prepare for my arrival :)
If you think we may be a good match, or you would like to get to know me better, please click the Adoption Application button below and you will be contacted to set up a date!

The bearded dragon is probably the most popular pet lizard by virtue of it having more of a personality than most other lizards. Beardies are widely captive bred and their care requirements are easily established given the right information. Beardies come from very hot regions of Australia and like it hot. Beardies eat insects and plant material and are usually very hardy feeders.
