Hi, I’m Daisy 💛 About a year ago, I was found as a stray and brought to a shelter. When no one came looking for me, I got a second chance and was adopted. But sometimes life doesn’t go quite as planned—my new family realized that adding another dog wasn’t the right fit for their home. They cared about me enough to make sure I landed somewhere safe, and that’s how I ended up here, getting another chance to find my forever person. The good news? I’m a pretty easy girl. I don’t have any behavior issues, and aside from needing my routine shots, staying on top of grooming (which I’ve just had!), and a dental in the next 6 months, I’m healthy. I could stand to lose a few pounds, though—okay, maybe more than a few—so I’m hoping to find an active home that can help me get back into shape. What I do have is a whole lot of love to give. I’m super sweet and happiest when I’m right by your side. I’m the kind of dog who just wants to be your constant companion—your shadow, your couch buddy, your walking partner, your everything. I get along fine with other dogs, but honestly? I don’t really care about them. My heart is all about my humans. I may be approaching my senior years, but don’t let that fool you—I’ve still got plenty of life, love, and tail wags left in me. I’m just looking for someone who wants a loyal best friend to share it all with.
