Hi! My name is Natalie!

I was taken to the shelter as a stray and transferred to rescue to help me find my forever home!

Fun fact about me! I am a very shy girl but once I get out onto some open grass I am speedy fast and happy to explore!

I am an ornate box turtle. I'm an omnivore and I can live inside or outside. California is not my native habitat so my environment needs to be managed and maintained daily in terms of humidity either way. Having a safe enclosure is a must but also having access to fresh air, sun, water, lots of exploring space, and a place to workout is also needed.

Don't worry, we can help you to know what you need for an inside or an outside home - and you can do both!
