🎃👻 Hi there, I’m Rusty! 🐾 (Heeeenry!) A chocolate-colored Chihuahua with a heart full of love and a story full of courage! 💛 My life’s been a bit of a spooky rollercoaster — I lost my beloved owner, and then a kind neighbor took me in. But when they needed assisted care, I found myself searching once again for a forever home. Thankfully, the rescue welcomed me in February 2025, and I’ve been getting cozy ever since! 🏡🕸️ I’m a sweet senior gentleman weighing in at 9 lbs (my ideal is closer to 6), so I’m on a special “get-fit-and-fabulous” plan — daily walks, healthy food, and no sneaky midnight snacks (even if I give you the look 👀🍬). When I first arrived, my harness had been too tight and left a mark on my skin, so I can be a little touch-sensitive. But don’t worry — with gentle hands and a kind heart, I’m learning that love feels boo-tiful! 💀💖 I’m not looking to be carried around in a pumpkin purse 🎃 — I’m an independent little guy who enjoys affection on my own terms. I love short walks, cozy naps, and snuggles (once I know you’re my person). My teeth are mostly gone thanks to a dental makeover, so I’m officially the Toothless Wonder! 🧙‍♂️✨ I’m looking forward to a forever home that can give me: 🕸️ Short, cool-weather walks 🐾 🦴 A healthy, high-quality diet (no tricks, just treats—within reason!) 🧼 Monthly grooming to keep me dapper 💛 Regular vet check-ups to keep me feeling great This Halloween, I can’t decide what to dress up as — Paddington, Smokey the Bear, or The Joker! 🎩🐻🃏 What do you think suits me best?
