Hi! My name is Patches! Because I have beautiful orange, yellow, and gray patch work on my back.

I was found as a stray and my original family was unable to be found. I’m happy-go-lucky, carefree, engaging, adaptive, and cheerful with lots of energy!

I'm learning to love to be with people, I love bask in the sun (supervised), and get plenty of exercise. I'm a great eater and my favorite food is raspberries.

As a beardie, I require my own habitat as we do best housed individually. With the right diet, habitat, substrate, temperature, and humidity I can live a long and healthy life of up to 12 to 14 years! As I am only 3 yrs old, I am considered an adult yet so my diet has to be higher in dark leafy greens than protein!

If you think we may be a good match, or you would like to get to know me better, please click the Adoption Application button below and you will be contacted to set up a date!

Animal Care Reference Material:

Description:
The bearded dragon is probably the most popular pet lizard by virtue of it having more of a personality than most other lizards. Beardies are widely captive bred and their care requirements are easily established given the right information. Beardies come from very hot regions of Australia and like it hot. Beardies eat insects and plant material and are usually very hardy feeders.
